Catch James featured in a new short film by Serene Khaalid of Legacy Service, a content creation and film production company based in Washington, DC. The Secret of Movement: The Capoeira Strory tells the history of capoeira and connects its powerful roots to its current applications in today’s world.

James contributes incites about capoeira and his personal journey of discovery through the African martial art form. The film includes interviews with other capoeristas and excerpts of people playing capoeira in the community. James also sings and plays the berimbau in this film. The Capoeira Story is beautifully told and is a must see for so many reasons! Check it out!
