Capoeira gets the whole family moving!

Get your whole family moving in a new and exciting way with our Family Capoeira summer programs! We can host your family group in our home studio, or facilitate on site at your family reunion or gathering in the local Washington, DC area. Sessions last for an hour. Participants will learn the basic movements, rhythms, and history of this African Brazilian martial art. Accessible for all ages! Learn more about our Capoeira programs.
