SET C: Tail of the Stingray
Today we’re breaking down raba de arraia, or “tail of the stingray” kick. The goal is to stay in motion and keep up your cadio workout. We’ll show you each part of the kick, and then show you how to practice with a stationary object (like a chair or stool that you can kick over), or with a partner. Then you’ll see me and Bloom play a few games where we apply the raba de arraia as part of our movements. There’s also a mini push-up challenge for parents and kids at the end. Get ready to stretch those legs out and get a good workout in.
