SET A: Full Body Boost
If you’ve been following along in your workouts, Full Body Boost is a great way to see how much you’ve increased strength, flexibility, and stamina. We’ll do 4 sets of exercises, with short breaks in between. Then we’ll round it out with a nice stretch at the end. Full Body Boost is also perfect as a reset whenever your energy is low or if you wake up still tired and want to energize yourself before your day gets going.
