SET B: Chair Lift
The goal of this exercise is to really push ourselves to keep the heart rate up. Doing this for sustained periods of time strengthens the heart and improves circulation in the body. It can be helpful to push past our comfort zone, and stretch ourselves beyond what we think we can do. That said, be mindful of your needs and your body. Drink water and take breaks when you need to. You can always reset, start again, and gradually build up your endurance with each of these exercises.
