SET C: On the Up and Up
The way we build endurance is by pushing ourselves a little more each time. Today’s workout is 3 sets of 3 simple exercises. We’re going to go straight through with a short rest in between each set. The idea is to boost your endurance by gradually increasing your ability to sustain the energy through intense exercises. For this workout we’re doing push-ups, jumping jacks, and mountain climbers. We also do a short stretch before and after to open up the muscles and get the most out of our workout.
