SET B: Jump Jump

 

Your lower body is about to get a serious workout. Doing exercises that improve strength, agility, and flexibility in the legs is a must on a regular basis. This workout starts with some squat sequences to get things warmed up, and then we go into some intense jump sets. There are rests built in, but if you’re able to move keep up with me and move through each set without too much pause in between, you’ll experience a dynamic lower body strengthener. You’ll need a broom (or any pole/stick you can jump over) for one of the exercises. I recommend doing some deep leg stretches before and after you do this workout.
