SET A: Back to the Grill Again

 

These are those exercises that we sometimes don’t feel like doing, but that we know we must do to maintain strength and stability in our core. A strong core is essential for any exercise we’re doing. For today’s workout we’re going to activate the core by moving through a dynamic sit-ups sequence twice through.
