SET A: Capoeira Flow

 

Capoeira, the African Brazilian martial art, is a dance, fight, and game. This workout focuses on the foundational movements that provide a full body workout when practiced together in continuous motion. For this workout, challenge yourself to stay in motion, even if it’s to take a “walking break” and reset your energy. This workout is great to do when you’re feeling low or stagnant energy, want to get the blood pumping but are not in the mood for heavy cardio, or just want to mix-up your workouts with more fluidity. Be sure to drink plenty of water. You will work up a sweat!
