SET C: Cardio Burn

 

At the end of the day, sustained cardiovascular exercise is the key to optimal fitness, and it’s also something we can do anytime right from our house. Let’s do 8 minutes of straight burn here (or you can double this up and go for 16 minutes if you want to get that extra workout in today). There are rest moments incorporated in the workout, so just follow along and you’ll be boosting your cardio capacity before you know it. Sustained cardio burns excess fat while enhancing muscle tone and structure. This workout is great for a total body energizing and strengthening. Be sure to stay hydrated. Let’s go!
