SET C: Outdoor Blast
We’re taking it to the streets today. Sometimes a nice blast of fresh, cold air—hello winter!—gives a real boost to our workout. As we generate heat doing the exercises, the internal warmth pushes us to go a little further than we might have if we were inside. Of course, feel free to do this workout indoors if that’s where you need to be. Today’s workout takes us through some basic cardio and endurance exercises. Then, we end it with a full-body stretch to maximize the heat we’ve built up in our bodies.
