SET B: Boxing Workout
Grab your jump rope for this one and let’s get it in. We’re going to do a super-fast, intense cardio workout. Repeating a simple series of sit-ups, push-ups, and jump rope, we’ll build up strength and endurance. Each set is a chance to push yourself a little harder and realize a new level of strength. After the cardio sets, we’ll do a nice stretch to open up all the muscles.
