SET A: Cardio Strength
Today’s full-body workout increases endurance and strengthens the heart while building muscle and enhancing flexibility. The goal is to keep yourself engaged in the workout, doing your best to keep up with me. There are some rest moments built in too, so you can reset and catch your breath. We’ll be doing a series of active squats, jumping jacks, side lunges, and multiple variations of sit-ups and push-ups. Then we close out with a nice stretch that opens up all the places that felt the intensity of the workout. If you’re feeling extra pumped today, try the cardio sets 2x in a row, and save the stretch for after the second set.
