SET C: Synergy Legs

 

Today’s workout deconstructs the ginga into a superpowered leg workout. We are going to be activating the quadriceps and hamstrings in the upper leg, and the gastrocnemius and the tibialis anterior in the lower leg. Blending squats and kicks, we’re going to repeat this intense leg sequence to really warm, stretch, and strengthen these muscles. We’re also going to add some variations to the kicks and the squats as we go along. Be sure to hydrate well so your muscles have enough oxygen to work with throughout these exercises.
