Try them all in the order presented—Straightback Push-Up, Elbow Push-Up, Plank, Knee Push-Up, and Brooklyn Push-Up. Or, focus on one style a day, integrating your preferred push-up into one of the other sets in My Workouts. This workout takes you through all 5 push-ups 3 times in a row.
