SET C: Core Dust Off
In this workout we build on some of the exercises introduced in Sets A and B, expanding on the “dust off” process—activating the muscles and joints that might have grown stiff or tight— to the entire body, and focusing specifically on the core. The workout is presented in 2 parts: a Warm-Up Sequence, followed by 3 sets of the Core Sequence, which includes two variations of sit-ups and push-ups.
Remember to breathe and move at your own pace. Bend as far as you can go without straining, allowing the breath to deepen your stretch to where you are right now. With regular practice, you will experience increased flexibility and reach.
