SET B: Family Stretch Party

 

We’re going to get a full-body workout with an extended stretch sequence. Starting from the head, and moving all the way down to the toes, we’ll spin, bend, twist, reach, roll, and arch our bodies into every position we can. Each stretch is an opportunity to breathe new energy into the body. Take your time trying each stretch, and staying in it as long as you need to. The kids can do all of these stretches too, and it’s fun to experiment with different ways to do the same stretch. Drink plenty of water because you’ll likely work up a sweat by the end.
