Our classes are designed to be something you can always do with your children. Whether they’re actively participating, or bouncing around, or asking you for another snack, or needing an urgent diaper change in the middle of class—it’s all good!

Babywearing for the win!

Sometimes the best way to get our dance, capoeira, or exercise on is with our littlest ones in a baby wrap, baby carrier, or tied on our backs. Holding babies in arms while you move and groove is always cool too.

Share the space.

It’s always a great idea to have other activities accessible to your little ones while you’re taking a class. Our kids love just being close to us. Sharing the space with them gives them the freedom to opt in or out of what you’re doing, and you can relax more and enjoy your class.
